Team V3 Attend's Pause By Pilates Class
Embracing Tranquillity and Wellness at the "Pause" Event By Pilates Class.
Team V3 Apparel recently had the wonderful opportunity to attend the "Pause" event, organised by Pilates Class, at the enchanting Gileston Manor House in Wales. At V3 Apparel, we are deeply committed to empowering women to lead active and healthy lives, and this event perfectly aligned with our mission of promoting well-being and self-care so we were very excited!
A retreat for the mind, body and soul, offering attendees a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Set amidst the picturesque beauty of Gileston Manor, participants were treated to a range of activities designed to promote relaxation and inner harmony.
The day began with a rejuvenating 1-hour Pilates class led by expert instructors from Pilates Class. This low-impact exercise technique focused on core strength, flexibility, and posture, providing a perfect opportunity for participants to enhance body awareness and find balance within.
Following the Pilates session, attendees indulged in a delectable vegan/vegetarian meal amidst a tranquil woodland area. With live music creating a soothing ambiance, this seated dining experience invigorated both body and soul, nourishing the senses and fostering connections with others.
The event continued with a sound healing and meditation session, allowing participants to immerse themselves in soothing sounds and vibrations, letting stress melt away and a sense of calm prevail. To further unwind and pamper, attendees enjoyed Indian head massages, releasing tension and promoting relaxation. The alpaca experience was a delightful addition, allowing guests to connect with these gentle animals and find solace in their presence.
During free time, attendees engaged and explored the beautiful surroundings, enjoying drinks served in the secret garden. The mystical wishing tree and tarot card reading added a touch of intrigue, inviting participants to embrace the unknown and open themselves up to new experiences.
At our pop-up stand, attendees also got an exclusive first look at our newest Tempo seamless scrunch collection, along with a variety of the latest activewear pieces available for them to try on and purchase. It was wonderful to connect with like-minded individuals who share our passion for leading active and healthy lifestyles.
We are grateful to Pilates Class for organising such a remarkable event and allowing us to be a part of it. It was heart-warming to witness so many individuals taking time for themselves, embracing tranquillity, and prioritizing their well-being.
