Exchanges
Size not quite right? UK customers can request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
You pay the return postage to send the item back to us (V3 Apparel does not cover return shipping and does not provide a pre-paid return label for exchanges). Once we receive and approve your return, we ship your replacement size free of charge to UK addresses.
Exchanges are for a different size of the same item only — not a different colour or style.
This service is currently available to UK customers only.
Outside of the United Kingdom? We do not offer exchanges on international orders. Please initiate a return for a refund through the Return Center here within 30 days of delivery, then place a new order for your preferred size.
Please note: due to the limited nature of items, exchange requests are subject to stock availability. Items that cannot be exchanged will instead be refunded in full.
