Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the giveaway hosted by the Hosting Partner ("Partner") in collaboration with V3 Apparel ("V3 Apparel").

1.2. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and over, residing in the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated. Partner and V3 Apparel employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3.2. Entry requirements may include liking the post, commenting on the post, and following specified accounts as detailed in the giveaway post.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize(s) and their description are as stated in the giveaway post. V3 Apparel will ship the prize(s) to the winner(s) within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Selection of Winners

5.1. Winners will be selected using a trusted, fair and independent process choosing from eligible entries. The selection process will be conducted by the Partner.

6. Responsibilities and Disclaimers

6.1. V3 Apparel has provided recommended and compliant giveaway details, including these Terms, to the Partner.

6.2. V3 Apparel is not responsible for any information or content provided by the Partner related to the giveaway, including but not limited to information shared online, privately or on social media platforms.

6.3. Participants and the Partner acknowledges and agrees that V3 Apparel is solely providing the prize(s) and is not responsible for the conduct or administration of the giveaway, including the selection of winners.

6.4. By participating in the giveaway, the Partner and participants agree not to hold V3 Apparel liable for any misinformation or breach of Instagram's platform terms.

7. Agreement

7.1. The Partner agrees to these Terms by accepting to move forward with the giveaway in collaboration with V3 Apparel.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendment and Termination

9.1. V3 Apparel reserves the right to amend or terminate the giveaway and these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
