Share Your Story Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use by V3 Apparel Limited ("Brand") of the story and image submitted by the participant ("Person") for marketing and commercial purposes. By submitting their story and image, Person agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS: Person hereby grants to Brand, its successors, licensees, and assigns, the right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display Person's story and image, in whole or in part, in any and all media, including but not limited to print, electronic, and digital media, and for any purpose related to the marketing and commercial promotion of Brand's products and services.

2. OWNERSHIP: Person represents and warrants that they are the sole owner of the story and image, and have the right and authority to grant the rights set forth in this Agreement.

3. COMPENSATION: Person acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation or other consideration for the use of their story and image by Brand.

4. PERPETUITY: The rights granted by Person to Brand shall be perpetual, meaning that Brand shall have the right to use Person's story and image indefinitely and without restriction, except as provided in paragraph 5 below.

5. REVOCATION: Person may revoke this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Brand. Upon receipt of such notice, Brand shall cease using Person's story and image for any future marketing and commercial purposes, but shall have the right to continue using Person's story and image for any purposes prior to the revocation.

6. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: Person represents and warrants that they have read and understood this Agreement, and that the story and image provided to Brand do not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

7. INDEMNIFICATION: Person shall indemnify and hold harmless Brand, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement or any misrepresentation made by Person.

8. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Person and Brand, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

10. AMENDMENTS: This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

11. DISCLAIMER: Brand shall not be liable for any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with any information provided by Person, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Person agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brand from and against any such claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities.

12. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By submitting their story and image, Person acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the disclaimer and indemnification provisions.
